Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as personal care products, customized products, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, depending on the country and reason for the return.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
